CRM is not only software or technology. First of all it is a strategy and business philosophy. I know that processes's understanding is much more important than fancy charts and user interface. In my everyday work I combine bussiness and technology in one. I like challenges seizing every oportunitiy to learn new things. Have pretty good knowlegde about SQL and Microsoft products. From time to time I am also web programmer. Privately I like cooking and relaxing with good music and film.
